Rafinity Limo Service is a chauffeur service operating in Boston, the North Shore, the South Shore and Southern New Hampshire. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and who else is involved.
What we collect
When you request a quote — through the booking form, the chat window or by email — we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the date and time of the journey, pick-up and drop-off locations, an optional flight number, the vehicle you would like, the number of passengers and items of luggage, whether you need a child seat, and any notes you add.
We collect this because we cannot quote a journey without it. We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this website.
How we use it
To prepare your quote, to arrange and carry out the journey, and to contact you about that journey. If you become a regular or corporate customer we keep your details so that you do not have to repeat them each time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who handle it on our behalf.
Who else is involved
- Web3Forms — delivers the booking form and chat submissions to our business inbox. Your details pass through their service to reach us.
- Google Maps — suggests addresses as you type in the pick-up and drop-off fields. What you type in those fields is sent to Google to return suggestions.
- Meta — a Meta pixel records page views and completed quote requests so we can understand which advertising brings genuine enquiries.
- Google — a Google tag records the same, for the same reason.
- Hostinger — hosts this website.
Cookies and advertising
The Meta and Google tags set cookies in your browser. They tell us that a quote request came from an advertisement; they do not tell us who you are. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and doing so will not stop you requesting a quote or booking a ride.
You can opt out of personalised advertising throughMeta’s ad settings andGoogle’s ad settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept while they are still useful to answer and then deleted. Records of completed journeys are kept for our business and tax records.
Your choices

Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. We do carry children as passengers — in that case the booking is made by an adult, and the only details we hold are the ones that adult gives us.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
